Job Description:

Join Tricoci University as an Esthetics Instructor! As an Esthetics Instructor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the skills and knowledge of aspiring estheticians. You will provide both theoretical lectures and hands-on training in various esthetics practices, including skincare, makeup application, and advanced beauty techniques, ensuring that students are well-prepared for their future careers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver engaging lectures and hands-on demonstrations in esthetics
  • Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
  • Create a positive and organized learning environment
  • Develop and update curriculum to meet industry standards
  • Collaborate with faculty to maintain high educational quality and standards

Requirements:

  • Active Esthetics Teaching license in the state of Illinois is required
  • Prior experience in the esthetics field is preferred
  • Teaching experience is highly beneficial
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine passion for educating and mentoring students
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles
  • Monday through Friday 1:30pm-10:00pm CST
