Esthetician

• Administer professional facials, waxing services and specialty services to guests
• Promote and exhibit World Class Guest Service
• Prepare treatment rooms as described in operations manual or as instructed
• Clean treatment rooms and equipment after services
• Assist and respond to guests' inquiries in connection with resort services, in-house events, direction, and local attractions
• Resolve guest service issues
• Promote and ensure an open and welcoming atmosphere that promotes skill enhancement
• Greet internal and external guests, maintain a friendly and inviting atmosphere
• Give basic instruction and information on all promotions and special events
• Occasionally perform other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Equivalent, required
• Must possess and maintain a valid New Mexico Esthetician License
• Must possess/obtain and maintain a New Mexico Alcohol Servers License within 30 days of hire, required
• One (1) year experience in a high volume environment as an Esthetician, preferred
• Must be able to acquire and maintain Gaming License issued through POIGRA
• Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and background investigation
• Must be flexible with work schedule
• Must be willing to work any days/hours as needed or required to meet business needs
• Must maintain all Isleta Resort and Casino-wide educational and certification requirements
• Must be 18 years or older

One (1) year experience in a high volume environment as an Esthetician
