As an Aesthetician at Four Seasons, you will deliver exceptional facial treatments and skincare services that reflect the brand's luxury standards. You will play a vital role in creating a serene and rejuvenating experience for guests while promoting wellness and skincare knowledge. The role requires technical expertise, a guest-focused approach, and a commitment to maintaining a pristine spa environment.

Job Responsibility

Provide professional and personalized facial treatments, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for all clients
Perform additional aesthetic services, including hair removal, as per spa standards and guest preferences
Advise guests on skincare routines and recommend suitable retail products to enhance their results
Anticipate guest needs, provide knowledgeable advice, and ensure satisfaction through thoughtful and attentive service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of all spa areas, including treatment rooms and staff lounges
Set up, utilize, and clean all facial equipment, including steamers, high frequency devices, depilatory heaters, and sterilizers
Prepare treatment rooms with the necessary supplies and ensure proper inventory of products and linens
Utilize the appointment booking system to schedule and manage services efficiently
Work harmoniously with colleagues and supervisors to ensure seamless spa operations
Participate in training sessions and meetings to stay updated on spa protocols and industry trends
Adhere to all safety procedures and respond appropriately to emergencies or safety concerns

Requirements

National certification or license as an Aesthetician/Facialist
A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a certified aesthetician in a luxury spa or wellness environment
Proficiency in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong understanding of high-quality spa service experiences and skincare techniques
Ability to operate and maintain all facial equipment to the highest standards
Organizational skills, attention to detail, and a professional demeanor
Physical stamina to perform treatments while standing or leaning over clients and the ability to lift and carry supplies
