Job Description:

Seeking an Esthetician to provide waxing and skincare services, maintain professional standards, and ensure guest comfort at W Dallas, part of Marriott International. This position involves promoting spa services, following company policies, and working in a team-oriented environment.

Job Responsibility:

Provide waxing and skincare services
determine and advise on proper care regimens
promote and sell spa/salon services
escort guests to treatment rooms
set up and maintain workstations
follow time schedules
manage guest behavior professionally
report accidents and unsafe conditions
follow company policies
maintain professional appearance
provide excellent guest service
comply with quality assurance standards
move and handle objects weighing up to 10 pounds.

Requirements:

Provide waxing and skincare services
assess guest needs
inquire about contraindications
examine skin, hair, or nails
determine and advise on proper care regimens
promote and sell spa/salon services
maintain current licensure as an esthetician.

Nice to have:

At least 1 year of related work experience
technical, trade, or vocational school degree.
