Job Description

We are hiring for Full Time and Part Time Estheticians. At The Woodhouse, we value our team members and strive for excellence with every guest experience. Our Estheticians follow our award winning protocols to provide the best facials in the spa industry, demonstrate expert skills for microdermabrasion, waxing and facial treatments, educate guests, and perform retail sales.

Job Responsibility

  • Follow award winning protocols to provide the best facials in the spa industry
  • Demonstrate expert skills for microdermabrasion, waxing and facial treatments
  • Educate guests on benefits of services performed
  • Retail sales
  • Prepare each treatment as prescribed by treatment criteria
  • Make each guest feel special and provide a unique experience
  • Be a steward of the Woodhouse brand
  • Responsible for selling enhancements and products

Requirements

  • Current professional license and registered in MO
  • Passionate about skin care
  • Expert skills in microdermabrasion, waxing and facial treatments
  • Retail sales experience
  • Willingness to serve and ability to deliver

  • Must have State License required
  • Luxury Spa experience preferred
  • Three years Licensed Esthetician preferred
  • Must have excellent verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, managers, and team members
  • Ability to educate, offer solutions, and recommend homecare solutions
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goals
