A reputable and established firm specializing in Trusts and Estates is seeking an experienced attorney to join their team in Seattle, WA. This firm emphasizes personalized client service while fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Advise clients on estate planning strategies, tax implications, and methods to minimize estate taxes
  • draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
  • research complex legal and tax issues and maintain professional communication with clients throughout the process

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree
  • admission to practice in Washington State required
  • minimum of 5 years of direct experience in estate planning, trusts, and probate matters
  • strong communication, organizational, and project management skills

Nice to have:

LLM in taxation preferred
