The Estates Surveyor role plays a key role in liaising and managing tenants as well as driving income from a diverse range of council owned property assets including community assets, retail units and investment assets such as office buildings. To support the Estate Manager and Heads of Service, through the provision of information and advice in relation to estate management and to support the Council's self-sufficiency agenda through liaison and negotiation with existing occupiers, potential tenants/ customers and agents to maximise commercial income from the corporate estate.
