Job Responsibility:
Managing all matters related to college facilities and advising the Director of Estates & Risk Management
Overseeing maintenance and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations
Managing financial budgets and monitoring external contractors to ensure service delivery
Collaborating with project teams for new building developments and improvements
Reporting on the condition of buildings and suggesting areas for investment
Requirements:
Relevant professional or trade qualifications (e.g., building craft, surveying, or Health and Safety)
Experience in large project management and facilities/estates management
Excellent people management skills and a collaborative approach
A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and under pressure
