Our client, a well-established law firm in the Lake Oconee Area, is seeking a talented attorney to advise individuals and businesses on sophisticated estate planning and wealth preservation strategies.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop customized estate plans, including wills, trusts, and wealth preservation strategies
  • Advise clients on business succession planning and asset protection
  • Represent clients in probate proceedings and estate administration matters
  • Draft and review estate planning documents with precision and care
  • Counsel clients on tax implications and financial considerations
  • Guide families through asset distribution and dispute resolution
  • Stay current on developments in estate, probate, and trust law
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through exceptional service

Requirements

  • Licensed attorney in the state with active bar membership
  • Proven experience in estate planning, wills, and trusts
  • Strong background in probate and estate administration
  • Experience advising on wealth preservation and succession planning
  • Knowledge of probate litigation and related processes
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Ability to conduct thorough legal research and draft high-quality legal documents
