Job Description:

A midsized, full-service firm in north Seattle is seeking an experienced Estate Planning & Probate Paralegal to join their team. The salary range for the role is 65-100k DOE plus generous additional bonus opportunities monthly and annually. The firm provides medical, dental, vision and life insurance; has a 401k with company contributions, offers 2-3 weeks PTO DOE plus additional sick time, court holidays paid and other great perks. In this position, paralegals have the flexibility to work from home 2 days per week once a successful 90 days of onboarding has been completed. The role would support multiple attorneys. They goal their paralegals to meet 80 billable hours per month.

Requirements:

  • 2+ YOE in Estate Planning, Probate and Trust matters in Washington state
  • Prior experience shelling wills, trusts and estate planning documents, pleadings and probate litigation docs
  • Knowledge of time billing procedures and previous experience tracking billable time
  • Familiar with King County and Snohomish County court procedures, deadlines and e-filing protocol
  • Organized, collaborative and eager to work with a great team in a friendly environment
