Job Description:

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a talented Attorney/Lawyer in the LAKEWOOD, Colorado region. As an Attorney/Lawyer, you will be immersed in a dynamic environment where you will handle estate planning and probate matters. This role is open to a hybrid work model after the onboarding process.

Job Responsibility:

  • Utilize your expertise in Estate Planning and Probate law to provide sound legal advice and solutions
  • Efficiently manage legal cases using Case Management Software
  • Prepare and review legal documents and briefings with attention to detail
  • Handle civil litigation and claim administration processes
  • Effectively manage client complaints and inquiries
  • Employ your skills in Adobe Acrobat and 3M for document management and processing
  • Practice Probate Law, Probate Litigation, and Probate & Estate Administration
  • Stay updated with changes in Estate Law and apply them in your work
  • Work with Conveyancer software for real estate transactions
  • Maintain knowledge of Consumer Electronics as required by the role

Requirements:

  • Possess a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
  • Must be admitted to practice law in the appropriate jurisdiction
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience practicing as an attorney/lawyer
  • Proficiency in using 3M and Adobe Acrobat for documentation
  • Familiarity with Case Management Software and Conveyancer for effective case handling
  • Strong skills in Document Management and Briefing
  • Extensive experience in Civil Litigation and Claim Administration
  • Proven ability in Complaint Handling within the context of Consumer Electronics
  • Expertise in Estate Planning and Estate Law
  • Proficient in Probate, Probate Litigation, and Probate Law
  • Demonstrated experience in Probate & Estate Administration
