Job Responsibility
Draft revocable living trusts, wills, powers of attorney, advance healthcare directives, trust amendments, trust restatements, certifications of trust, and related estate planning documents
Prepare trust funding documentation and assist with asset transfers involving real property, business interests, and financial accounts
Prepare and record deeds, including grant deeds, quitclaim deeds, and transfer deeds
Assist with trust administration matters, including trustee acceptance documents, beneficiary notifications, and administration checklists
Track trust administration deadlines and compliance requirements
Coordinate trust distributions and assist with trust account administration
Support attorneys with sophisticated estate planning and wealth preservation matters
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and document management systems to maintain client files and workflow efficiency
Requirements
4+ years of Estate Planning experience
Paralegal certificate or bachelor's degree
