Job Description:

Robert Half is seeking a full-time Estate Planning Attorney to join a wonderful firm in Buffalo Grove, Illinois. The role involves drafting and implementing estate planning documents, offering expert advice on estate and tax matters, guiding clients through estate administration and probate, handling guardianship petitions, and maintaining client records.

Job Responsibility:

Draft and implement various estate planning documents
Offer expert advice to clients on complex estate and tax matters
Guide clients through the estate administration and probate process
Handle guardianship petitions and proceedings
Maintain detailed and accurate client records
Monitor client accounts and take appropriate actions based on their status
Process client applications efficiently and accurately
Communicate effectively with clients to resolve their inquiries

Requirements:

Must be a Licensed Attorney
Minimum of 1 years of professional experience as an Attorney
Experience in Estate Planning
Ability to communicate effectively with clients
Must possess excellent problem-solving abilities
Strong research and report writing skills are necessary
Must adhere to professional ethics and standards of the legal profession
Must be able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
Excellent negotiation and communication skills required
Must possess a high degree of professional ethics and integrity
Exceptional time management skills
Should have strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients from different backgrounds
