Job Description:

A well-established and highly respected law firm in Chesterfield, Missouri is seeking a full-time Estate Planning Attorney to join its thriving private client practice. This firm is known for its sophisticated legal work, strong client relationships, and collaborative culture.

Job Responsibility:

Draft and review estate planning documents including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
Advise clients on estate, gift, and income tax strategies
Handle trust and estate administration, including probate matters
Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex planning for private wealth clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements:

JD from an accredited law school
Active Missouri Bar license (or ability to obtain)
3+ years of experience in estate planning and/or trust and estate administration
Strong legal writing, research, and communication skills
A client-first mindset and a desire to grow within a dynamic legal team
