Job Description

Dvorak Law Group is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our law firm’s Estate Planning practice group. The candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys on estate planning matters across a variety of industries. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, critical thinker, and team player who is eager to take ownership of projects and gain hands-on estate planning experience.

Requirements

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Effective analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong research and writing ability
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to complete projects within deadlines and maintain effective working relationships with all members of the firm
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, in a professional, concise, constructive and courteous manner
  • Strong work ethic and action-oriented interest in taking on increased levels of responsibility
  • Ability to effectively work independently and with legal teams and clients
  • Must be willing to undergo a background check
