Estate Planning and Probate Attorney

• Draft and review legal documents related to estate planning, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
• Oversee the administration of estates and probate processes, ensuring full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Advise clients on matters such as wealth preservation, asset protection, and probate litigation
• Collaborate with clients, financial advisors, and other professionals to create tailored estate plans
• Represent clients in probate court proceedings and other related legal matters
• Conduct legal research to stay updated on changes in estate planning and probate law
• Manage client relationships to ensure clear communication and high-quality service
• Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced legal staff as needed
• Maintain accurate records and case files using legal software and document management tools

• Active license to practice law in the state of Texas
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning and probate law
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex legal cases independently
• Experience with legal software and document management systems
• Some portable business or existing client base (preferred)
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and other professionals
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
