Job Description:

Experienced and dynamic litigator to join a boutique Estate Litigation law firm. The successful candidate will have experience litigating a full spectrum of estate matters, primarily in NY Surrogate's Court, including will contests, contested accountings, fiduciary misconduct, and turnover proceedings, among other matters. The attorney should be able to litigate from beginning to end with minimal supervision.

Litigating from beginning to end with minimal supervision

Requirements:

8 years of NY litigation experience
must have experience in NY Surrogate's Court
Trial experience strongly preferred
Actively barred in NY in good standing

Nice to have:

Trial experience
