We are looking for an Estate and Probate Paralegal to join a prominent law firm in the New Albany area to support attorneys with estate administration and probate matters. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable working directly with clients.

Job Responsibility

  • Prepare and file probate court documents and pleadings
  • Assist with estate administration and case management
  • Draft correspondence and basic legal documents

Requirements

  • Maintain organized paper and electronic files on a current basis
  • Prepare documents needed to commence the probate / administration process
