Job Description:

Our clients are seeking an experienced Property Valuer / Lister who is capable of expanding listing across a geographical area. Someone who is capable of winning instructions from the competition and helping the operation increase overall market share. Are you an experienced Senior Negotiator / Property Valuer looking for a new refreshing challenge? If so, apply today!

Job Responsibility:

  • Our customer's experience starts with YOU! You help us make sure our customers get the best price for their properties
  • Successfully list a targeted number of properties, advising and helping our vendors sell their homes for the best price
  • Keep abreast of current market conditions and have a good knowledge of your local market
  • Identifying new leads and generating new business to improve performance
  • Work closely with your team, downloading new properties and agreeing a suitable strategy to match up potential purchasers
  • General assistance to the Branch Manager in the day to day running of the estate agency business
  • Helping motivate and inspire your team, running morning meetings in the absence of the Branch Manager

Requirements:

  • An ability to build great relationships with drive, determination, pace, passion, and enthusiasm!
  • You will have to work hard to keep up with the challenges you will face and be focused on turning the 'ordinary' into the 'extraordinary'
  • Getting stuck in and making things happen
  • Ambitious and self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure
