Job Description:

As our new Essential Implementation Manager, you will join our Professional Services team, the team responsible for delivering smooth, fast, and high-quality onboarding experiences for our new mid-market (Essentials) customers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage all phases of the implementation lifecycle - from Sales handover and discovery to platform launch and handover to Support- blending project management, platform configuration, learning strategy, and integration of the platform into HR customer’s ecosystem
  • Work closely with clients to understand their objectives, design their platform architecture, guide technical setup (data imports, user management, integrations), and provide strategic advice on content organization and learner engagement to maximize adoption
  • Ensure successful go-lives, high customer satisfaction, and consistently high-quality deployments, while also helping capitalize on and improve internal processes

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in a customer-facing role such as Implementation Project Manager, Customer Success Partner, Technical Account Manager, or managing learning & development projects
  • Experience deploying SaaS products, ideally in HR or learning technology
  • Ability to manage end-to-end projects with multiple stakeholders, prioritizing tasks across concurrent implementations
  • Hands-on experience with integration (flat file, APIs, SSO) or strong interest for integration’s topics
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a strong client-first approach in all interactions
  • Structured, rational, and analytical
  • able to manage complex priorities efficiently
  • Recognized for excellent listening and teaching skills
  • able to convey ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
  • Self-starter comfortable in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment
