Job Description:

Estamos en la búsqueda de un/a Especialista en Virtualización Nivel 2, quien tendrá como misión asegurar la continuidad operacional, disponibilidad, y eficiencia de las plataformas de virtualización corporativas, tanto en ambientes on-premise como en la nube (Azure). Su función principal será administrar, operar y mejorar las soluciones de virtualización que la Gerencia de Operaciones Tecnológicas (GOT) haya implementado o decida implementar, incluyendo tecnologías de infraestructura como servicio (IaaS), plataforma como servicio (PaaS) y software como servicio (SaaS).

Job Responsibility:

  • Garantizar la operación eficiente de las plataformas de virtualización (cloud y on-premise)
  • Gestionar incidentes, requerimientos, cambios y problemas relacionados con la infraestructura virtualizada
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares de seguridad, disponibilidad y rendimiento definidos por la GOT
  • Participar activamente en proyectos y nuevas implementaciones tecnológicas de virtualización
  • Generación de informes técnicos periódicos (diario, semanal, mensual)
  • Elaboración de diagramas topológicos, de conectividad y almacenamiento lógico
  • Creación y actualización de procedimientos operativos
  • Control de licenciamiento
  • Participación en reuniones técnicas y de coordinación
  • Apoyo técnico a proyectos e iniciativas que utilicen las plataformas virtualizadas
  • Administración de inventario corporativo
  • Control de ingresos, retiros y enajenaciones de equipos
  • Zonificación, control de acceso y configuración de unidades
  • Control de disponibilidad, entrega de almacenamiento y licenciamiento
  • Gestión de problemas, análisis de carga, mantenimiento correctivo y preventivo
  • Escalamiento de incidentes y coordinación con fabricantes/proveedores

Requirements:

  • Título profesional en Ingeniería en Informática, Ingeniería en Computación, Ingeniería de Sistemas, o carrera afín
  • Indispensable formación y cursos en administración de plataformas de almacenamiento, directores y switches SAN
  • Experiencia Mínima de 2 años en administración de plataformas de virtualización y servicios cloud
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en administración de plataformas de almacenamiento, y redes SAN
  • Al menos 1 curso actualizado en virtualización y/o administración en la nube
  • Certificaciones vigentes: Microsoft Azure: Azure Administrator o Azure Architect, Google Cloud y otras nubes, VMware: versión 6.0 o superior
  • Otras Plataformas de Virtualización : Nutanix , RH OPV, Hyper- V
  • Conocimientos comprobados en instalación, operación, mantenimiento y hardening de plataformas virtualizadas
