Job Description:

Allianz Services within Allianz Technology offers a service aligned with the global Protection & Resilience Service Line to ensure that Allianz Group can respond effectively and efficiently to changes and sudden disruptions, protecting business operations (IT and Non-IT), personnel, and physical assets. Allianz Services plays a key role in implementing the core professional, procedural, and organizational requirements set by the Group Protection & Resilience team to anticipate, prepare for, and adapt to these changes and disruptions. Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) is a critical component of our Protection & Resilience efforts, developed through joint efforts among various Allianz entities, with Barcelona playing a crucial role. The TPRM framework will be particularly guided by the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA). We are building a TPRM team in Barcelona responsible for offering, delivering, and managing the TPRM lifecycle as a service to all Allianz Operational Entities. Various positions with relevant experience in Outsourcing, TPRM, ICT Security, Contract Management, ERM, or similar fields are sought.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as a point of contact within the delivery center for complex risk queries, support, and guidance
  • cover all new risk domains and ensure up-to-date and effective support
  • manage and oversee the efficient and effective implementation of the AZ Third Party Risk Management Policy across AZ Group and assigned entities
  • perform TPRM/Outsourcing Maturity Assessment, including alignment with Risk, Data Privacy, Legal, and Security
  • contribute to and follow up on internal and external audits regarding Third Party Risk Management
  • prepare Third Party Vendor management-related reports/dashboards and report to senior management
  • ensure the TPRM/outsourcing inventory of all third-party/outsourcing agreements and key supporting documentation of the TPRM/outsourcing process is managed and adequately in place
  • plan and facilitate the completion of all Risk and Control Assessments for TPMR Service Providers across the TPRM / Outsourcing Lifecycle
  • own the System of Governance control for the TPRM/Outsourcing Function
  • manage the Quality Assurance process over third-party RCA, control documentation, and testing results
  • ensure adequate reporting
  • contribute to the publication of the annual TPRM/Outsourcing Assurance Reports for AZ Technology senior management and its customers.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of professional experience ideally in Third-Party Risk Management or outsourcing
  • Contact Management Vendor Management or Procurement
  • experience in different areas of risk management will also be considered: operational risk, IT risk, project risk, outsourcing/vendor risk, business risk
  • university degree in Engineering, Legal, Business, Economics, or similar fields required
  • fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • be able to adapt to change and to manage goals in hypothetic situations with unclear formal structure
  • proactive initiative to perform research and find solutions/recommendations to issues or problems
  • ability to develop and execute plans to deliver quality results on time
  • team player with the ability to work individually and in virtual international teams
  • share information, and support colleagues
  • international experience is a plus
  • enthusiastic
  • self-motivated
  • effective under pressure
  • open to new learning opportunities
  • strong communication and conflict management skills
  • proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders across functional groups
  • advanced skills in MS Office (especially Excel and Power Point)
