Job Responsibility:

  • ESG & SDG Tools Management – Support: Populate and maintain ESG/SDG assessment tools with data from portfolio companies
  • Perform basic checks on completeness and consistency of inputs
  • Data Analysis & Reporting Support: Compile and structure ESG/SDG data for dashboards and simple internal reports
  • Prepare draft charts and tables for senior team members to review
  • Investor & Project Support (under supervision): Prepare data extracts and factual inputs for investor ESG questionnaires
  • Review environmental and social impact studies and draft short summaries
  • Research & Communication: Conduct desk research on ESG, SDG and climate topics related to infrastructure
  • Prepare slides/briefs to support internal and external ESG presentations

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s program (Sustainability, Environment, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Political Science or similar)
  • Clear interest in ESG, sustainability and climate change-related matters in project finance, expressed through specific courses and/or previous internship experiences
  • Adaptability, and ability to learn quickly new topics
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills in French and English
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Understands data analysis techniques and tools, with the ability to interpret and visualize data
  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to interact with colleagues in a self-managed team structure
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and multitask in a fast-paced environment
