Job Description

Well regarded consultancy has an opportunity for an assistant / ESG manager to join their ESG team after continued success. This role sits within the wider Property Management Division, focussing on delivering the ESG strategy for the division and supporting surveyors and site teams with ESG best practice implementation.

Job Responsibility

  • Support site-based property management teams in improving asset level sustainability performance
  • Lead on strategic deliverables
  • Support Surveyors and Client Relationship Managers with growing strong client relationships
  • Improve data accuracy and use in property management decision making
  • Deliver ESG training for all employees within the division
  • Provide best in class reporting to clients

Requirements

  • BSc/BA Degree in Sustainability or equivalent
  • IEMA or working towards the qualification
  • At least 3 years’ experience in the field
  • Could be a surveyor with a passion for creating and managing sustainable buildings
