Job Description:

This role sits within a high-performance Strategic Investments & M&A team, driving the full investment lifecycle — from opportunity identification to portfolio value enhancement. The role would involve providing support to Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Family Office clients (global). The opportunity is ideal for professionals who have 7-10 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory and private equity support and are interested in being a part of our growing investment banking practice.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the proactive identification and origination of investment and M&A opportunities aligned with strategic objectives
  • Conduct comprehensive market mapping, competitor benchmarking, pipeline tracking, and screening of potential targets
  • Develop strategic theses for new investment themes, including industry and regulatory trends, disruptors, and emerging technologies
  • Story boarding and workshopping of marketing collaterals such as, but not limited to pitch books, IMs, PPMs, and company profiles
  • Maintain and expand a network of industry contacts, advisors, and ecosystem partners to support deal flow
  • Drive the complete transaction lifecycle, from initial approach to final close, ensuring highquality execution
  • Develop robust financial models and valuation analyses (DCF, trading comps, precedent transactions, LBO scenarios) to support investment cases
  • Oversee due diligence activities — commercial, financial, legal, tax, technical — delivered either in-house or by coordinating external advisors
  • Structure deals to align with governance frameworks, shareholder rights, risk allocation, and exit strategies
  • Negotiate key transaction documents in collaboration with legal counsel and advisors
  • Prepare and present clear, well-substantiated recommendations and deal documentation to the Investment Committee (IC), senior management, and other governing bodies for approval
