Job Responsibility:

  • Independently manage SFDR disclosures and the EU Taxonomy reporting project
  • Integrate ESG into the financial strategy and track the cost of non-compliance
  • Support the Head of ESG with ad hoc analyses, projects, and business case calculations
  • Monitor the completion of disclosures and prepare monthly and quarterly management reports
  • Prepare audits independently and manage auditor requests
  • Stay up to date with standards and legislation relevant to sustainability disclosures
  • Support ESG data collection processes and the development of key indicators
  • Validate data to ensure it is correctly calculated, captured on time, and fully auditable

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience developing quantitative sustainability reporting aligned with ESRS, EU Taxonomy, TCFD, and SFDR
  • Successfully led SFDR disclosure and EU Taxonomy reporting projects, managing them independently from start to finish
  • Confident in preparing management reports, coordinating audits, and handling auditor requests
  • Stay up to date with evolving ESG standards and legislation, and understand their implications for corporate disclosure
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, along with a high level of responsibility, commitment, and attention to detail
  • Experience implementing Business Intelligence (BI) tools and building dashboards, apps, and action flows to support ESG data processes
  • Passionate about sustainability and thrive in cross-functional, multinational environments
  • A successful degree in finance, business analytics or equivalent with a special focus on controlling
