Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven ESG Analyst to join our team. You will be activly shaping our sustainability roadmap, ensuring compliance with evolving European legislation, and driving our Net Zero ambitions. This role requires a blend of technical analysis and the ability to translate complex data into a compelling narrative for our global stakeholders and investors.

Job Responsibility

  • Set the path for the preparation of our Net Zero Strategy, defining both short-term and long-term targets
  • Identify specific initiatives for natural resource management and implementing efficiency measures
  • Monitor and implement requirements from European legislation (e.g., CSRD, ESRS, EU Taxonomy)
  • Ensure our reporting remains at the forefront of Czech and EU standards
  • Conduct rigorous studies on how global warming could possibly influence our business operations and assess climate-related risks and opportunities
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact to collect and analyze data for reporting to investors
  • Compile precise data, ensuring alignment with ESG Risk Management Processes and SASB/SFDR metrics
  • Identify and address the ESG themes that resonate with our diverse stakeholders, including employees, customers, and financial partners
  • Collect, verify, and analyze complex environmental and social KPIs to drive evidence-based decision-making

Requirements

  • Proven track record in an ESG-focused role
  • Understanding of what ESG means in practice within specific industries (e.g., energy, infrastructure, or manufacturing)
  • Analytical skills with the ability to handle large datasets and perform detailed impact modeling
  • Native-level English
  • Degree in Science
