Job Description

Robert Half is seeking an experienced Escrow Specialist for a growing title company in the Blue Ash, OH area. This contract-to-hire opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in real estate transactions and escrow processing. The Escrow Specialist will play a critical role in managing residential and/or commercial closings, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless client experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage the full lifecycle of escrow transactions from opening to closing
  • Prepare and review closing documents, including settlement statements and title commitments
  • Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, and attorneys to facilitate timely closings
  • Verify all closing instructions and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
  • Balance escrow accounts and ensure all funds are accurately handled and disbursed
  • Address and resolve any title or closing issues prior to settlement
  • Maintain detailed and accurate transaction records
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication throughout the closing process

Requirements

  • 3+ years of escrow experience within a title company or real estate environment
  • Strong understanding of closing processes, title insurance, and escrow procedures
  • Experience handling multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
