Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Escrow Specialist to assist our local client and ensure that all transactions are processed accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards. This position is crucial to providing exceptional service to clients while maintaining the integrity of escrow services.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards
Provide exceptional service to clients while maintaining integrity of escrow services

Requirements:

Open, manage, and close escrow accounts in compliance with industry and legal standards
Prepare escrow instructions and ensure timely collection of necessary documents
Review and verify transaction documents for accuracy and completeness
Collaborate with customers, title companies, and stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
Monitor receipt and disbursement of escrow funds with accurate bookkeeping
Maintain accurate records of all transactions
Provide regular updates to clients and internal team members
Stay up-to-date on applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices
