Job Responsibility

  • Manage real estate escrow transactions from open to close
  • Prepare and review closing documents and settlement statements
  • Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders
  • Clear title issues and ensure smooth, timely closings
  • Balance and disburse escrow funds accurately
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of related experience preferred
  • Escrow or escrow assistant experience is a plus
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and the escrow/title industry
  • State licensing/certification if required
