Escrow Product Specialist

• Structure, negotiate, and execute complex escrow and paying agent agreements, collaborating with internal legal counsel to minimize risk and ensure compliance
• Partner with Escrow Business Development and Private Bankers to onboard clients, gather necessary documentation, and coordinate seamless deal closings
• Engage with internal specialists (foreign exchange, equity) to provide comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs
• Oversee account openings, fundings, and closings, ensuring accuracy and resolving any deficiencies
• Monitor account activity, manage "tickler" items, and oversee claim submissions, adhering to contractual and legal obligations
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate resolutions
• Participate in sales calls and client presentations to promote Escrow Agent services
• Adhere to all legal and regulatory policies of Citi Wealth

• 10 years of experience in escrow agent transactions or settlement funds
• Deep understanding of escrow and paying agent transactions and contract negotiation
• Solid understanding of escrow and paying agent end to end lifecycle management with solid product expertise
• Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Exceptional project management, analytical, and negotiating skills
• Excellent interpersonal, client relationship management, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree required
• JD, MBA, or other advanced degree is a plus
• Ability to travel domestically as required
