We are looking for an experienced Escrow Officer to join our team in Strongsville, Ohio. This Contract to permanent position offers an opportunity to oversee and manage real estate transactions, ensuring smooth and compliant processes from start to finish. Job Responsibility:

  • Manage real estate transactions from initiation to completion, ensuring all escrow and title processes are accurate and timely
  • Conduct title examinations and resolve any title defects or discrepancies
  • Prepare, review, and finalize closing documents in coordination with all relevant parties
  • Collaborate with buyers, sellers, lenders, agents, and underwriters to facilitate seamless transactions
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations, company policies, and industry standards
  • Deliver exceptional client service throughout the transaction lifecycle
  • Maintain detailed and organized records for all transactions
  • Identify and address potential issues to avoid delays in the closing process
  • Provide guidance and expertise on escrow and title-related matters to clients and team members

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in escrow processing and title management
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate transactions, including commercial and residential properties
  • Strong understanding of state regulations and industry standards related to escrow and title
