Job Description

This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to play a key role in managing escrow processes and insurance tracking within the banking industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate and loan administration, coupled with a deep understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibility

  • Execute quarterly escrow processing and ensure timely completion of annual escrow analysis
  • Monitor hazard and flood insurance policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and accuracy in billing
  • Handle insurance tracking, including billing and payments for private insurance and other related policies
  • Maintain adherence to critical deadlines for escrow and insurance-related tasks
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage property tax billing and payments effectively
  • Review and process title escrow documents, ensuring all legal and compliance standards are met
  • Oversee the implementation of Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) guidelines within escrow operations
  • Support loan administration activities, focusing on commercial real estate transactions
  • Conduct audits and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy in escrow accounts
  • Provide guidance and expertise on trust and estate property tax matters

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in escrow processing, insurance administration, or a related field
  • Comprehensive knowledge of commercial real estate and title escrow procedures
  • Familiarity with property tax, trust and estate tax regulations, and billing processes
  • Strong understanding of the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in handling loan administration and private insurance tracking
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze and reconcile financial data with accuracy
