Job Description

Our client in NE Philadelphia is expanding and is seeking a detail-oriented, deadline-driven Escrow Coordinator to support escrow closers and clearance officers. As the initial point of contact for clients, agents, and lenders, the Escrow Coordinator plays a key role in delivering fast, accurate, and exceptional customer service. This position is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced title environment, enjoy staying organized, and take pride in providing a seamless experience for all parties involved.

Job Responsibility

  • Ensure order opening quality control and accuracy of new files
  • Complete initial file setup, data entry, and create internal tasks
  • Send introductory communications to clients and real estate partners, establishing a professional experience
  • Prepare preliminary Closing Disclosures (CDs) and fee sheets
  • Generate and manage Closing Protection Letters (CPLs)
  • Order mortgage payoffs and necessary tax certifications, estoppels, sewer/water certifications, and HOA documents
  • Provide title insurance quotes to borrowers, lenders, and agents
  • Schedule all closings with clients, lenders, agents, and notaries/attorneys in a responsive and efficient manner
  • Confirm wire instructions with all parties for compliance and security
  • Communicate proactively and timely throughout the pre-closing process to keep all stakeholders informed

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in title or escrow processes, including pre-processing or closing support
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service and reliability
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience working in high-volume, deadline-driven environments
  • Familiarity with escrow processing software, with SoftPro experience being a plus
  • Knowledge of title insurance, loan administration, and real estate transactions
  • Ability to adapt quickly and maintain professionalism in a dynamic work environment

Experience with SoftPro is a plus
