Our client in NE Philadelphia is expanding and is seeking a detail-oriented, deadline-driven Escrow Coordinator to support escrow closers and clearance officers. As the initial point of contact for clients, agents, and lenders, the Escrow Coordinator plays a key role in delivering fast, accurate, and exceptional customer service. Job Responsibility:
Ensure order opening quality control and accuracy of new files
Complete initial file setup, data entry, and create internal tasks
Send introductory communications to clients and real estate partners, establishing a professional experience
Prepare preliminary Closing Disclosures (CDs) and fee sheets
Generate and manage Closing Protection Letters (CPLs)
Order mortgage payoffs and necessary tax certifications, estoppels, sewer/water certifications, and HOA documents
Provide title insurance quotes to borrowers, lenders, and agents
Schedule all closings with clients, lenders, agents, and notaries/attorneys in a responsive and efficient manner
Confirm wire instructions with all parties for compliance and security
Communicate proactively and timely throughout the pre-closing process to keep all stakeholders informed
Requirements:
High school diploma required
bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in title or escrow processes, including pre-processing or closing support
Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service and reliability
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience working in high-volume, deadline-driven environments
Familiarity with escrow processing software, with SoftPro experience being a plus
Knowledge of title insurance, loan administration, and real estate transactions
Ability to adapt quickly and maintain professionalism in a dynamic work environment
Nice to have:
Experience with SoftPro is a plus
