In this role, you’ll work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, providing critical administrative and customer support to our Escrow team. This position plays a key role in helping make the dream of homeownership a reality. We’re seeking someone with the drive and potential to grow—an individual looking for a long-term career path at First American and eager to learn, contribute, and advance within our organization. This is in office 5 x week.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist in the escrow process, such as opening orders, inputting closing statement information, preparing documents for closing, handling the complete disbursement and follow-up
  • Communicate regularly with customers during the escrow process flow
  • Interpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closings
  • Working with a variety of technologies to enable escrow transactions, assisting customers to ensure a phenomenal customer experience
