As an Escrow Assistant, you will work closely with Escrow Officers and internal partners to provide critical customer support and administrative assistance throughout the escrow process. Your contributions help ensure transactions move forward smoothly and play a key role in making home ownership and commercial investment possible.
Job Responsibility:
Assist in the escrow process for both residential and commercial transactions, ranging from routine to more complex files, including opening orders, preparing closing documents, inputting closing statement information, and handling disbursements and post-closing follow-up
Communicate regularly with customers and internal partners throughout the escrow process, adapting communication style as needed to ensure clarity and a positive customer experience
Interpret and review various agreements and documents as they relate to escrow closings
Work with industry-leading and innovative technologies to support escrow transactions and ensure a smooth, efficient closing process
Provide consistent administrative and operational support to Escrow Officers and the broader escrow team
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required
2+ years of escrow-related experience preferred, with exposure to residential and/or commercial transactions
Currently located in, or willing to relocate to, Northwest Arkansas for an in-office role
