We are looking for a detail-oriented Escrow Administrative Assistant to support our client in Fairfax, Virginia. You will play a vital role in ensuring transactions run smoothly by managing documentation, coordinating communication, and maintaining accurate records.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with clients, lenders, brokers, and internal teams to collect and verify required documentation for escrow transactions
Monitor transaction timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met and processes remain on track
Maintain organized and accurate records, updating internal systems as necessary
Deliver exceptional service by acting as a liaison between parties and addressing inquiries promptly
Assist the commercial escrow team with administrative tasks, including document preparation and file management
Coordinate appointments and schedules to facilitate seamless communication among stakeholders
Answer multi-line phone systems and manage correspondence effectively
Track and follow up on deadlines to ensure compliance with state-specific requirements
Support the team with problem-solving and issue resolution related to escrow transactions
Requirements:
Previous administrative experience in title, escrow, or real estate is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Experience with SoftPro Select is preferred
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively
Familiarity with state-specific escrow and real estate regulations
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders
