We are looking for a detail-oriented Escrow Administrative Assistant to join our team in Fairfax, Virginia. Job Responsibility:
Perform research and analysis related to escrow accounts and insurance claims
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in mortgage or escrow documentation
Collaborate with team members in a call center setting to address client inquiries
Utilize Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems to manage and organize data
Ensure accuracy and compliance in all administrative tasks related to escrow processing
Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced work environment
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members
Support loan administration processes and maintain accurate records
Apply basic math skills to calculate and verify escrow-related transactions
Adapt to team needs and contribute to a collaborative work atmosphere
Requirements:
A minimum of 2+ years of experience in the mortgage or escrow industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment
Familiarity with CRM systems and other digital tools
Basic math skills for accurate calculations
Nice to have:
Previous experience in insurance or call center environments is preferred
