We are looking for a detail-oriented Escrow Administrative Assistant to join our team in Fairfax, Virginia. Job Responsibility:

  • Perform research and analysis related to escrow accounts and insurance claims
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in mortgage or escrow documentation
  • Collaborate with team members in a call center setting to address client inquiries
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems to manage and organize data
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in all administrative tasks related to escrow processing

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in the mortgage or escrow industry

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and other digital tools
