In this role, you will support Account Managers with escalated accounts, acting as a key point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal teams. You will monitor high-value cases, manage supplier relationships, provide performance reporting, and ensure accurate communication and record-keeping within a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage warrant escalations and complex account issues. Support internal and external teams to achieve successful outcomes. Monitor high-value accounts during warrant execution.
