Job Description

The ERP & WMS Systems Administrator is responsible for administering, optimizing, and supporting the organization’s enterprise systems to ensure accurate data flow, efficient operations, and reliable reporting. This role partners with cross‑functional teams to improve processes, enhance system capabilities, and maintain data integrity across the business.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage daily ERP/WMS administration, including configurations, user access, security, and system performance
  • Support core operational processes (inventory, purchasing, order management, warehouse operations) and identify system improvements that drive efficiency
  • Collaborate with business units to document workflows, gather requirements, and translate needs into system enhancements
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs using SQL or BI tools
  • ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems
  • Lead or support system upgrades, integrations, testing, and change management efforts
  • Provide end‑user support, training, documentation, and serve as liaison between business teams, IT, and vendors

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with ERP/WMS systems in administration, configuration, or business analysis
  • Strong understanding of inventory, purchasing, warehouse operations, and order lifecycle processes
  • SQL and reporting skills, with the ability to analyze and validate data
  • Experience improving business processes and supporting cross‑functional teams
  • Strong communication, documentation, and problem‑solving abilities
