Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a ERP Transformation Architect – Quality Domain (F/M) to join our ERP Transformation team based in Toulouse, France. You will be part of a transversal team acting as a Center of Excellence for the digital transformation of the Quality domain and you will drive the modernization of our vast SAP ecosystem (150,000 users, 80 productive systems). Your mission is to improve user experience and accelerate time-to-market using advanced technologies like SAP BTP and Signavio. As an SAP Architect, you will define the application architecture (functional and technical) for the Quality domain within a complex, interconnected environment (Manufacturing, Finance, HR...). You will act as a key expert to ensure the robustness, security, and compliance of our solutions, while defining and promoting SAP extensibility standards.
Job Responsibility:
Define the target architecture for the Quality domain, ensuring seamless integration with Manufacturing and Maintenance
Design and promote extensibility models on SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) to modernize user experience
Support project design phases by maximizing the use of standard SAP QM features and ensuring consistency across business products
Coordinate external solution experts and facilitate co-innovation with SAP (focusing on extensibility and Signavio)
Maintain a technology watch on SAP solutions (S/4HANA, Cloud) to accelerate innovation and grow internal skills within the community
Requirements:
Solid experience in SAP S/4HANA architecture, integration projects, and Agile environments
Mastery of extensibility patterns (SAP BTP, CPI, Side-by-Side)
Strong knowledge of SAP QM (Quality Management) is essential
Understanding of logistics links (MM, PP, PM - eWM/MES is a plus)
Ability to fully understand business requirements, negotiate, and align technical solutions with strategy
Effective communication at all levels (end-users, customers, management)
Proven ability to build trusting and strong relationships with customers and partners in a complex product ecosystem
Constant awareness of compliance risks and commitment to acting with integrity
Advanced level of English is mandatory
Nice to have:
Understanding of logistics links (eWM/MES is a plus)
