Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced ERP Test Manager to lead and coordinate all testing activities within our global ERP Transformation program based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). This role is responsible for ensuring that the implemented ERP solution accurately reflects redesigned business processes and supports operational execution across the organization. The ERP Test Manager will translate the overall ERP Test Strategy into actionable testing plans, coordinate testing cycles across functional and technical teams, and ensure the system is validated against business requirements before deployment. The role requires close collaboration with the Computer System Validation (CSV) Auditor to ensure that testing activities support validation requirements and that the ERP system meets regulatory expectations. Together with Quality and Compliance teams, the ERP Test Manager will ensure traceability, documentation completeness, and testing evidence necessary for validation and audit readiness. The ideal candidate combines strong ERP testing experience, leadership skills, and governance capabilities, and can effectively coordinate cross-functional teams while ensuring high standards of quality, traceability, and compliance across the program lifecycle.

Job Responsibility:

  • Translate the overall ERP Test Strategy into actionable testing plans, coordinate testing cycles across functional and technical teams, and ensure the system is validated against business requirements before deployment
  • Collaborate with the Computer System Validation (CSV) Auditor to ensure that testing activities support validation requirements and that the ERP system meets regulatory expectations

Requirements:

  • Strong experience managing ERP testing programs, preferably within Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or other enterprise ERP systems
  • Understands how to translate ERP Test Strategy and business transformation objectives into structured test plans and execution cycles
  • Experience validating end-to-end business processes such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, and Supply Chain flows
  • Comfortable coordinating testing across multiple modules, integrations, and business domains
  • Can manage complex integration testing, including middleware, third-party systems, and external partners (banks, CRM, logistics providers, etc.)
  • Experience overseeing data migration validation and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and completeness of migrated data
  • Can define and track test metrics, quality indicators, and defect trends to support decision-making and risk mitigation
  • Capable of coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders and Business Process Owners
  • Demonstrates strong collaboration skills when working with Quality, Compliance, and CSV teams
  • Able to ensure testing documentation, traceability, and evidence support regulatory and audit requirements
  • Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to details
  • Communicates clearly with both technical and business stakeholders
