Job Responsibility

  • Lead all aspects of people management, including reviews, audits, one-on-one meetings, hiring, and terminations in collaboration with the Head of ERP
  • Foster a motivated, results-driven team focused on business value creation
  • Drive continuous improvement and resolve recurring issues on E1 platforms
  • Engage proactively with stakeholders and act as a trusted business partner for process improvements
  • Ensure competency sharing for team resilience and future-readiness
  • Support people’s growth through mentoring and a strong culture of learning and knowledge sharing
  • Ensure best practices for E1 in your projects by participating proactively in workshops, identifying issues and solutions, and working closely with the project manager to create realistic timelines
  • Review improvement suggestions for E1 design and processes from colleagues, prioritize them, build business cases, and carry out improvement projects
  • Produce high quality documentation (user training, change/design requests etc.)
  • Utilize new E1 technologies, like orchestrator, UDO’s, E1 pages and BIP Reports
  • Mentor the team while maintaining operational oversight and ensuring smooth daily operations

Requirements

  • M.Sc or B.Sc in IT, Finance or related field
  • Experience in international organizations and cross-border teams
  • Strong business acumen, with a solid understanding of finance and IT processes
  • Proven people management experience with highly skilled employees
  • Project management experience
  • ERP systems expertise
  • Several years of experience working with ERP systems (preferably JDE EnterpriseOne) ideally in international environments
  • Fluent English

Nice to have

CPA or CFA certification
