Job Description:

The PeopleSoft Developer II – Data, Reporting & Integrations provides technical development and support for the PeopleSoft CS and HCM environments, with primary responsibility for ERP data flows, reporting solutions, and system integrations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provides technical development and support for the PeopleSoft CS and HCM environments, with primary responsibility for ERP data flows, reporting solutions, and system integrations
  • Designs, develops, and supports secure, reliable, and scalable ERP data exchanges and reporting capabilities that enable institutional decision-making and cross-system interoperability
  • Works collaboratively with functional analysts, data operations, business intelligence teams, and integration partners to ensure accurate, timely, and secure information exchange across university systems

Requirements:

  • Requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and six years of relevant experience in relational databases and SQL, and system integrations, data extracts, or reporting solutions
  • Requirements may be met through a combination of work experience and education
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in technical or business-related discipline
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Five or more years of relevant experience supporting PeopleSoft CS and/or HCM environments
  • Experience designing and supporting ETL processes and enterprise reporting
  • Knowledge of data governance, security best practices, and structured data modeling
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical data and integration solutions
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship
