Job Responsibility

  • Lead and provide day-to-day oversight of a small team of Level 1 and 2 support engineers
  • Resolve escalated Level 3 issues across ERP and integrated systems
  • Liaise with the ERP developer to specify, test and manage system customisations
  • Manage service delivery and performance metrics across ERP and reporting tools (including Cognos and Phocas)
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into enhancements, data extracts and process improvements
  • Provide technical governance for development activities
  • Lead troubleshooting on complex, cross-system issues

Requirements

  • Team lead or manager-level experience in an IT or ERP support environment
  • Hands-on experience with Pronto or a comparable Tier 2 ERP system
  • Proven ability to balance technical work with people and stakeholder management
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working across business and IT teams
  • Self-directed and comfortable operating with minimal supervision
