Job Description

We’re seeking a part-time / fractional Epicor 10 Consultant to support and stabilize a multi-ERP environment following an acquisition. This is a hands-on role with immediate impact, supporting users while assisting with an ongoing Epicor upgrade.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide day-to-day Epicor 10 support and issue resolution
  • Manage user access and system administration
  • Resolve tickets via Jira (multi-instance environment)
  • Support Epicor upgrade (10.1 → 10.2) alongside external partners
  • Assist with ERP stabilization across a multi-system landscape

Requirements

  • Strong Epicor 10 support experience (upgrade exposure preferred)
  • Experience in multi-ERP or post-acquisition environments
  • Familiarity with Jira or similar ticketing tools
  • Ability to work independently in a lean environment
  • Open to part-time / fractional work
  • USC or GC only
