Job Description:

ERP Support Analyst | 3-Month Contract. Are you an ERP specialist with a knack for optimising user experience? Join a leading civil infrastructure contractor during a critical phase of their COINS implementation. Based in Hemmant, this 3-month contract offers the chance to drive functional project delivery and streamline system navigation for a major workforce. You will work closely with the ERP Manager to stabilise the environment post-go-live, ensuring a seamless transition for payroll and plant management modules.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide dedicated support for the rollout of the Payroll System and Plant Management modules
  • Take primary ownership of the COINS Menu task, auditing and configuring system menus for better navigation
  • Optimise the user experience to ensure the ERP system is intuitive for the entire workforce
  • Assist in stabilising the environment after the rollout by addressing functional gaps and user feedback
  • Collaborate with the internal support team to ensure business workflows are correctly reflected in the system

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working within ERP implementation project lifecycles
  • Hands-on experience with COINS software is considered a high priority for this role
  • The ability to bridge the gap between technical setup and user experience without needing deep system administration
  • A solid understanding of Finance, Payroll, or Plant/Asset Management workflows
  • You must be a Brisbane based candidate with unlimited working rights to be considered

Previous experience within a similar civil or infrastructure environment is highly regarded
