Job Description

The ERP Specialist is responsible for providing support to users of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. This includes troubleshooting problems, maintaining system data and configurations, providing training, and helping users to understand best practices for using the ERP system. The ideal candidate will have background in one of the ERP system areas - Finance, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, Timekeeping and Scheduling, or Information Systems - and be able to work independently and as part of a team. The Specialist should possess the healthcare knowledge and computer systems experience to implement low to medium complexity assignments with minimal guidance.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide on-site support to users of the ERP System
  • Support managers in business process improvements, implementing best practices and fully utilizing ERP system capabilities
  • Support administration of ERP security and permissions for ERP users
  • Collaborate with ERP Analysts, Developers and IT teams to test ERP modules
  • Identify and record system issues
  • Ensure the ERP system meets business requirements and goals and fulfills user requirements
  • Assist with training and instructing users with respect to their specific day-to-day problems
  • Demonstrate solid understanding of Finance Supply Chain Management, Human Resource management or Timekeeping and Scheduling functions
  • Collaborate and build proactive, positive relations with peers, managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure that consistency within defined processes is maintained

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field preferred
  • Basis degree of technical knowledge to understand the environment
  • One year related experience in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, or Information Systems support preferred
  • ERP Cloud-Suite technical support preferred
