We are partnering with a global leader in the creative technology sector to find a ERP Solution Specialist - MS Dynamics. In this strategic role, you will act as a pivotal architect of change, bridging complex business processes with modern technical execution. We are not looking for someone to simply maintain a system, but a visionary leader who will take ownership of the ERP environment's evolution within a world-class creative organization. You will translate ambitious organizational goals into actionable IT roadmaps, ensuring that technology serves as a catalyst for global success.

Job Responsibility:

  • Strategic Consulting: Serving as the lead ERP authority, responsible for deep technical analysis and designing long-term system implementation plans
  • Solution Architecture: Designing, configuring, and overseeing the deployment of advanced functionalities within the MS Dynamics 365 ecosystem (F&O / Business Central)
  • High-Level Business Partnership: Engaging in active dialogue with Financial, Operations, and Production departments to design solutions perfectly tailored to the business's specific, large-scale needs
  • Continuous Optimization: Monitoring global system performance and recommending cutting-edge innovations to increase operational efficiency
  • Technical Mentoring: Supporting the internal IT team by sharing best practices, conducting code reviews, and building strong technical competencies within the department

Requirements:

  • ERP Background: A proven track record of 6–8 years working with ERP-class systems (configuration, development, and integration) in large-scale environments
  • Dynamics 365 Expertise: Practical, hands-on experience with MS Dynamics 365 (preferably 2 to 3 years of active involvement in implementation or migration projects)
  • Financial Domain Proficiency: Deep understanding of finance, accounting, and controlling areas, with the ability to solve complex domain-specific problems within IT systems
  • Communication & Influence: The ability to present complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and effectively collaborate with leadership teams
  • Education: A degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
  • Microsoft Dynamics certifications will be considered a significant asset
