Job Description:

Managing the systems and ERP applications, negotiating with stakeholders and vendors, and leading IT projects are key deliverables. Expertise in ERP systems and a solid understanding of IT tools are required.

Job Responsibility:

Managing the systems and ERP applications within the organisation
Managing and negotiating stakeholders including the CEO and 3rd party vendors
Managing ongoing and new tech projects within the organisation.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in a IT system administration and ERP support environment
Proven experience leading cross-functional IT projects
Strong understanding of enterprise applications i.e. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Proficient in both hardware and software, broadband connection, Microsoft 365, Oracle Netsuite, and Google Drive environment, solid understanding of IT systems and applications offering in the market.
